Every poster at The Print Stop Collection is custom printed on demand through my global production partner, Gelato. With facilities in over 33 countries, it ensures that your order is sent to you in the quickest and most efficient way possible, avoiding any customs duties or tariffs*

Shipping Restrictions

I do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. I also reserve the right to cancel any orders that I believe may be fraudulent or violate my shipping policy.

Processing Time

Because your posters are made to order, please allow 2 to 4 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging before your item is dispatched. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order ships. Please note that processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons.

Delivery Time

Once your poster leaves the printing facility, estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 1 to 3 business days
  • United States: 4 to 7 business days
  • Europe: 3 to 8 business days
  • Rest of World (Approved Countries): 5 to 10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or delays caused by the carrier or customs procedures. Note: Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping transit time.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

I print your orders in over 30 countries to keep shipping local. However, if an item must cross a border to reach you, the buyer is entirely responsible for any local import duties, customs clearings, or handling taxes charged by your country's border authority.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your poster arrives damaged in transit or your tracking link stops updating, please contact me immediately at info@theprintstopcollection.com with photos of the damage and your order number. I will gladly arrange a free replacement.
