If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please send me an email, and I’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. 

My store has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact me at info@theprintstopcollection.com. Please include your name and order number.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Unit 124621, PO Box 7169, Poole, BH15 9EL, UK

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and for any loss in value if an item is not returned in its original condition.

Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Once I have received your return, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
